Synopsis
For centuries, stories of women warriors and rulers have been overshadowed in Pacific history. Sau Folu breaks the silence, bringing to light the narratives of three Rotuman women who ascended to power as kings. In a world where leadership was traditionally male-dominated, these women challenged norms, redefined strength, and shaped the course of their people’s history.

Told through movement, music, and cultural storytelling, this production honours their legacy—a story of defiance, resilience, and the unbreakable spirit of Pacific women.
